My license is currently linked to 2 domains.

I am no longer using licenses for the above 2 domains.
I only want to use it on nckorean.com.
So I tried to activate it, but it says that it can be changed after a month.
I have to finish the homepage this week.
So I bought another license and tried to install it, but I even paid for it, but I couldn’t get another license.
What should I do?
