We are dynamically generating new AWS instances based on spikes in our traffic. Does the license we purchased support this?

Amazon Web Services allows us to replicated instance of our server based on the traffic. So when we get a spike i traffic the server replicates everything, but the domain stays the same.
When this happens will the license still be valid on the new server?

Envato specifies that each theme can be used for one product (site/domain). You can read more about it here – http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
