License inactive on domain

We recently updated tagDiv, and now all our editors see this message in the frontend:

When clicking on it, they are redirected to the “Manage Domain” page, where everything appears to be in order. The theme is registered and fully activated for our domain.

As an administrator, I do not see this message myself. Could you please assist us in resolving this issue?

Hello!

Please uninstall and delete the tagdiv Composer, clear the cache, and install and activate it again.

Thank you!

We already did this but the problem is still there.

Hello!

The problem is still present for editors. We will investigate, fix, and provide a patch as soon as possible.

Thank you for understanding!

I have the exact same issue (only on Editor profile).

Is there any solution in sight yet? We currently have around 30 editors who are unable to work on pages due to this bug.

Granting them admin rights is not an option for us, so a hotfix would be highly appreciated as soon as possible.

There was an update today to version 12.7.1, but it does not resolve the licensing issue. When can we expect a fix?

Hello,
The update is still in preparation and will need to be tested, but unfortunately there is still no approximate date for when the update will be available.
Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi,
It has now been three months since the testing of the update was started. We’d like to check in and ask whether there are any new developments regarding this issue. Is there already a timeline for when the implementation is expected to take place?

Hi,

We’re still working on a few more fixes we would like to include in the update.

The fix for the issue with editors not being able to use the composer is included in the next update. In the meantime please use this composer version which contains the fix https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/td-composer.zip The problem should be solved after installing it.

We are very sorry for this situation and inconvenience. Hopefully next week an update will be released.

Thanks.
