I am trying to activate my license key and been trying since i bought the theme but I keep getting this message when i click on the option: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
According to the tutorial, there is supoosed to be a page where you can simply input the code but the message above is what i get instead. Kindly help
Hi Alex, indeed that is the page to activate the theme, but usually when you received that message your theme is already using a key, so here is what you need to do. Go to Newsmag > System status and check if you are using the license key you need, if not, click on reset button and after tat use the new license key to activate the theme.

Thank you for the response. I checked the system status but there is no button saying reset. Also the license key only shows that it has not been registered, when i clicked on activate, it took me back to the initial error message.

If the system status is like this – https://i.imgur.com/njRmLwS.png then indeed the theme must be activate. The activate theme tab should be like this – https://i.imgur.com/G3WiKvQ.png and this should be the successfully activation message – https://i.imgur.com/vxqEc9C.png
But if the theme is activated and you try to access the activation tab – https://i.imgur.com/WXJFnfg.png usually this is happening when a cache is apply on your webiste.
