I have purchased the Newspaper 11 theme from themeforest, the license key I got is already used in another website and I didn’t use the given license key even on a single website. I think the already used license key was mistakenly sent to me, kindly give me the new license key so that I can use it on my website.

I saw that the license is used on several websites, and as my colleague said in this topic created by you, the license can only be used on one live website and one test.
Also in this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-manage-sites-which-are-using-my-license-key/ it appears that you used the key for the clients, and you did not buy a key for each client.

I didn’t use the key in any website, I was trying to say that I want to use the key in client’s website but the main issue is that, key is already in use. therefore I wasn’t able to contact with you since I buy the key and themeforest support helps me to remove support account, which is associated with my license key and then I created new account with my email. How this can possible that an account is already in use with the license key which is recently purchased. Now I just want to get my license key, kindly help me to get the license key with expiry of same as my current key.
