License Key is not Activate

License Key is not Activated, and My Version is 11.4

I want to show screenshots, but it’s not available here. And I’m 3 Times Uninstalled and Reinstalled it, But same error.

I am having the same issue, with version 11.4. The license key is not working, the spinner just spins and nothing happens. My customizations are also not saving.

I am submitting the License key but it’s showing unregistering, and also not saving my customization from themes panel.

We seem to have the exact same problem.

Yes, it’s not like an error on version 11.4, because I’m buy 2 licenses for my 2 projects, One license key is activated and onde is not.

Step is…
step (1) login your Cpanel and follow to the /public_html/wp-content
step (2) Remove the “object-cache.php” file
step (3) change the “plugins” folder name to “pluginss”
step (4) add new file “object-cache.php” file name.
step (5) change the “pluginss” folder name to “plugins”

then try to activate your license key, It’s work with me.

My issue was due to mixed http and https content. It was fixed by installing the Really Simple SSL plugin.

Deactivating most plugins worked for me. Renaming the Plugins folder just causes more issues.

So, i simply deactivated most plugins including the WordFence Firewall and It finally registered.
