Dear tagDiv Support,
I am writing to request a manual unassignment of my Newspaper 12 theme license key so that I can move it to a new domain.
Currently, the “Unassign” link in my tagDiv account is locked until March 24, 2026, due to the standard security cooldown. However, I need to migrate my site to a new domain immediately and cannot wait for this period to end. I have already sent you an email from: sales@coving-cornice.co.uk with my License key receipt.

Hi Gus,
This request can be done via email at contact@tagdiv.com. Provide the key that has been used on those domains you want to be unassigned. The process will be completed only if the domain no longer exists or no longer uses the theme.
