License key

Sometimes theme panel says there’s no license key. Site admin dashboard also loading very slowly. There’s also no option to add Key. Why key is disappearing automatically/?

The key should not disappear automatically. Please provide more information about the issue you encountered. Please note that a license key can be used only for one website.

Sometimes it doesn’t show in the dashboard. Also, whole sites become slow that time, if we click on anything then it takes so much time to load. When the key is showing, everything works fine and fast.

Please make sure you do not use any untested plugins with our theme, clear your cache, and see the results.
Check to see if your website is not hacked and you are using the latest update of the theme and plugins.
