I have an issue currently ongoing on my website and it is related to this theme.
I have purchased years back the newspaper theme from you. A couple of years back there was a problem with the registration keys that defaced my – and many others’ websites with a warning – and now, it is back defacing it, but now the website is live but not displaying any information to the visitors.
I have the theme registered and the license was active until a couple of days ago when my website stopped being accessible to anyone trying to visit it.
Since this isn’t the first time that this theme has given me trouble specially with registration, I went to check the theme on the menu and see if everything was working. Turns out, the registration key is not active? (It is not green in the newspaper theme status). Why? How?
Can you help me reset the registration key so that my website can be live again?
I’m losing a lot of traffic and potentially some high ranking articles on google with the website as it is.
