Good morning , I have to install the theme newspaper on a subdomain , I have to buy a new license ? ( I have a total of two installations at the same time )

Hello,
It really depends on what the subdomain contains.
The envato theme policy states that you can use the theme on only one project. You can however create a testing site. As long as it is not a totally different site with different content then you can use sub-domains and a staging site.
