Unfortunately, these types of plugins are not tested with our theme and we have no idea the theme behaviour with these, sorry! Please notice that if you want to work with them, are required a lot of additional customizations through theme code that involves custom work. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry! Also, please notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins.
