I have a problem with the Gallery. When I click on images, it doesn’t pop up the Lightbox. Instead, it is redirected to image URL.
Could you please check it out?

I’m having this same problem. I’ve followed the instructions that are given here and even turned on the modal image setting under the theme panel. When I first click on an image on a post, the modal lightbox opens at first, but immediately redirects to the image URL. I need it to just stay on the lightbox view without redirecting to the image URL, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do this. I’ve tried removing the “Link to Media File,” and while clicking the link brings up the modal lightbox, it says that the image can’t be displayed.
HELP!

@ricky86 I’ve checked your site and the lightbox works fine now: http://screencast.com/t/MNUxcgpg9 If you still have this issue try to clear all caches and test again.
@DaneOLeary Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test again. If the problem persist please provide your site url so I can inspect it closer.

Do you mean clear caches as in clear my browser’s cache?

I’ve checked your site and noticed that you have a redirect for the modal images. Please make sure that you deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, remove any custom code if you’re using and test again. Also you can try to make a local install, only with WordPress, the theme and Visual Composer plugin then test this again.

@andrei_luca Thank you very much for your help, it’s finally working! The “Photon” Module in the Jetpack plugin was the culprit.
