I’m reaching out regarding an issue I’ve encountered with the Newspaper theme on my website, Foodmilitia.com, related to the WordPress “Likes” button functionality. After thorough troubleshooting with WordPress business support, we determined that the combination of the Newspaper theme with Jetpack Boost enabled causes the “Likes” button on posts to load continuously, without rendering properly.
Disabling Jetpack Boost resolves the issue, but ideally, I’d like to continue using both the Newspaper theme and Jetpack Boost for their respective performance and functionality benefits. Could you advise on potential compatibility settings or solutions that would allow these features to work together seamlessly?

I’m a little taken aback by this response, and the lack customer support you just provided in that sentence. I purchased 2 licenses from your company and that’s the best support I can get from TagDiv?
I’ve talked to WordPress Jetpack team and we discovered disabling your theme fixes the issue. WP Jetpack worked with me for a couple of days, and not one time did they say go back to TagDiv to check their settings. I was the one that said let me reach out to the Theme maker and get some advice.
So, if you don’t want to help me, can you forward me to someone who is willing to help, or should I ask for support on Themeforest? It says I still 5 months left of support.
