Hi,
Is it possible to get a limit for every User to create only 1 or 2 máximum doctor profile?
Could be an option that the admin can put also under subscrition?

Yes, you can set the limit on the Posts Form Submit -> https://i.imgur.com/Io0hwyh.png
For subscription, you need to create a new account for each subscriber and make the payment using direct bank transfer; after go to Opt-in builder -> Subscriptions, edit the subscription and make it active: https://prnt.sc/cysNIENOB1wh
