Suggests that you don’t need to get a separate license key to use the full functionality of the slider revolution. But I cannot import icon layers or any templates from slider revolution and the plugin says I need to purchase a separate license key to access these features. Do I need to buy something separate? Or does newspaper have the license key and it’s just not connecting properly?

Then surely you should update your documentation? Else it’s a big disingenuous to claim “Newspaper comes with a free license for slider revolution” when that license only counts for versions that are several years out of date.
