Kindly help me on two issues:
1.
(A) The line height/spacing seems to change if I view it in a full screen desktop display https://prnt.sc/fyk4tx VS. a smaller window desktop display https://prnt.sc/fyk7yi
I want it to be tighter all the time like in the smaller window version. Is there anyway to fix this?
(B) https://prnt.sc/fyk4tx Is there anyway to fix the picture/thumbnail size for it not to shift up if there is two many words. May be increase the Big_Grid_Full_4 height?
2. For Block 23, can you give me a css code that could help pull the title/date/comment to be under the picture https://prnt.sc/fykej9 to something like this https://prnt.sc/fykfor
If you can please help me include a category tag so its more consistent.

1. The article title font properties can be changed for each module, in the theme panel. You have to identify the module that the block is using

And make the needed modifications in the theme panel

That should not happen to the thumbnail of the module. If an article title is longer, the thumb should not decrease it’s size. If you could provide a link to your website we will inspect the issue.
You could set a smaller excerpt size for the article title so that does not happen, for then moment

2. That would require modifications to the module used by Block 23. The file that you would need to modify is module 18
