I am trying to add an image to a post and link it to a custom url, but when i click on the image in the post, i receive a message saying “the image could not be loaded. When the image is clicked, I want the image to go to a different page. I have disable the modal lightbox, and when I upload the image I click the attachment settings, and click custom url and put the url in the box, but it still doesn’t work. Can you tell me what the issue could be?

Please make sure that you disable general modal image – http://screencast.com/t/qq0EuG7iWWUB as if this option is enabled will force lightbox for all images even they are disabled from backend – http://screencast.com/t/K0NbU5s4hYgD This option was added because many users demanded it to enable modal image for older articles. Consider that disabling this feature, the individual settings of an image post are applied.
