How to change pre-set link color. I couldn’t find option in theme settings.

In the theme panel, if you access Theme colors -> General theme colors, then there is a setting called ” Theme accent color,” which changes the hyperlink text color and also various other elements that use that color: https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-colors-introduction/
If you use cloud templates, you should change the link colors from the tagdiv Composer.

I used that option before contacting you. I think that most likely classic editor plugin causing the issue, but block editor is a massive c**p, so I will just do it manually for every link.

You can also use some CSS code if you want the same color for most links.
