Link color style and link hover style

Hello,
Hope you are doing great.

I would like to know if there is an option in your theme to have link color with this style: https://prnt.sc/21tzlgb
Links are in yellow and on hover, the yellow gets bigger.

I would really want to have the same on my website. I am using Newspaper theme.
Does your theme have this option?

You can set different color on hover, but there is no setting to achieve what you need there.
