I have set a link in the footer of my website : https://www.scrapcatalyticconverters.com/ but when I click on it, it won’t redirect my to https://www.scrapcatalyticconverters.com/business-enquiries

The link works just fine on your end. It leads to https://www.scrapcatalyticconverters.com/business-enquiries-guest-post/
I cannot see the issue you mention.
this link https://www.scrapcatalyticconverters.com/business-enquiries redirects to the homepage.
You have a 301 redirect on that link: https://www.screencast.com/t/fsLL7rdMCS
