hi. When I am logged in to wp-admin, link previews for other posts appear properly, but when I view the site as a visitor it only shows the article title.
To illustrate I have attached a screenshot. the left hand side is what I see when I’m logged in, the right hand side is what visitors see.

I can see the featured image too for that post. Please try to set the featured image again, clear the cache, and see the results.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
