Link to a contact form if there are no search results

I have a basic factoid type of website. If someone searches for a fact and it isn’t on the site, can they be presented with a form or a link to a form to ask me the question?

Hello,

Sorry but our theme does not have such functionality. You will have to search for a plugin that can provide it but i cannot make a recommendation as we have not tested such plugins.
