I am wondering if I can create a link to the word “Blog” and then have all of my posts fall under that link? I am not sure which custom URL that would be for blog?

You need to create a page where you can set posts loop or other block, and set here the page -> https://i.imgur.com/z7N47Nv.png after you can add it in the menu if you want
