Please can i ask if there is any code CSS to make any clicked link to open up a new tab in the browser? but still retain the pervious ?…

Hi Pixel Cities, usually this can be done using html or javascript.
Now depends on what element do you ant to set this option, because on some of theme our theme already has this option.
If you have some elements that you want to have this option, please let me know and I will tall you if has or not the option.

How can I make that a clickable link please?

Hi,
I think that for this you can use the steps from this article https://www.gaintap.com/archives/clickable-website-phone-number-and-call-tracking-guide/ just replace the phone number in that code in inline text and check the results.
