Hello,
I’m using WP RSS Aggregator; how do i get the links inside the post to open up on a different page. Currently they open up and replace the post page. I asked WP RSS and they said it is a theme setting.

WordPress has such an option when creating the link: http://screencast.com/t/m6bjmlWwO
If you want to add it automatically you can probably use a plugin for it. Something like: https://wordpress.org/plugins/open-external-links-in-a-new-window/
