Sir i have a regular license and i purchased newspaper theme. Does that mean i can create multiple websites with it ? or every time i want to create a new site for my client with this theme i have to buy the theme again?

The license is spelled out on ThemeForest where you purchased theme; but yes, you need (1) license per website you use the theme on.

You can use each theme/license for one project/domain http://themeforest.net/licenses/standard.
