you can try to implement the code inside the smartlist files like the screenshot i showed in the above replies, but i cannot offer a precise answer as we have not tested facebook comments at all with our theme. People use them but we cannot say for sure they will work with our smartlists.

It means you went wrong somewhere. As you can see here, the copde applies to the related articles section from that file: http://screencast.com/t/81ELKqMAKO Now it depends on the code and how you implement it. Not everything is going to work, but errors usually mean there is a syntax error somewhere.
