How do I configure the main menu to list the sub-menu items in 2 columns. I have lots of sub-menu items for one particular main menu item and it doesn’t display professionally in a single column.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you a way to achieve as you want with the menu items, sorry! The theme has been designed to use only one column regarding on menu and if you want to develop the theme in this regard, you should implement it yourself through the code because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! Also, if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Another alternative for you would be to use some plugins with has this functionality and see how it will work for you.
