Listing for Client

We would like to offer a concierge listing option, ie. the realtor provides a link to the property on their website and we create a listing on our site for them to save them time. What is the best way to approach this with the tools available? Primarily, I’m concerned about how to manage this on the back end. Can I create an account for the client and attribute the property listing to their account?

Hello,

Yes, you can create an account for the client and list the property using the form that you made.

Thank you!

Ok, but how does that work on the property management side? If I create a listing in their new account, it will need to be paid for. Would I need to collect their payment card information separately?

Hello,

Yes, you need to collect their payment separately if they haven’t bought a subscription before.

Thank you!

Hmmm ok is it possible to create the listing as a draft then have the client review and publish/pay?

Can you explain how or provide a link to documentation? Specifically, I need the client to be able to view the draft from their account, then pay and publish.

Hi,

On the button, you can save them as draft -> https://i.imgur.com/QZE6hei.png

Thank you!

Ok, and how can the client see the draft once they log in to their account?

Hi,

You can use the element posts list – >https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-posts-lists-shortcode/

Thank you!

Is this directly connected to subscriptions? For example, if a user deletes a property from this list, will that also cancel the associated subscription?

Hi,

No, this is only to show them, edit, or delete, but it will not delete the subscription.

Thank you!
