Hi,
On my blog, I would like my pages to be listed during the update date (not the publishing date) of the blocks in the pages.

Hello,
Sorry but our theme does not offer such functionality. You can only sort the blocks based on the published date. The theme has no updated date functionality.
It can only be done custom but you will need coding skills to do as there is no simple way top create a new sort option. If you do not have the necessary skills to do it, we recommend hiring a freelancer to help out with the code.
