Hi kalum,

I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problem with it. Everything seems to work as expected, without any problems, sorry! Please try to clear all of your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello kalum,

Sorry for this inconvenience! First of all, please disable all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this and use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all the caches and check the results.
If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further take a closer look at your website.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,
I SOLVED the issue!!!
It was enough to disable tagDiv Composer!!!!!

now the form is shown also when WordPress is open
I’m really sorry to disable tagDiv Composer, but I need ninja forms on my site it’s very powerful plugin.

thanks for collaboration
