Load all javascript on scroll down

I want all javascripts (like adsense, GDPR banner and animations) to execute only if the users scroll down the page. Not as soon as the page fully loads but only if the user scrolls down.

Can it be done by adding some code to the theme files?

Hi,

Our Newspaper theme have an similar option that do this, you can find it in Newspaper >Theme panel>Templates Settings >Image loading -> https://www.screencast.com/t/BJIimEt2

Thanks for responding. I know about LazyLoad feature of the theme. It’s for the images. I wanna know if there is way to execute all js codes only if the users scroll down the page?
