Maybe js confrict happens.
Theme files have no problems, because this site is no problem.

HI
I am not sure why this happens but it could be an issue caused by some plugins. Try to deactivate all plugins excerpt Visual Composer, deactivate the child theme, clear all caches, purge the cdn if you’re using then test the site again.
