Load home page as the user scrolls the screen

I wanted the homepage of my site (newspaper theme) to load as the user scrolls the screen. That is, it will display everything above the border, and as the user scrolls the screen, it displays the rest.

Is it possible to do this with this theme?

Do you are referring to the Infinite loading at the homepage? You should use a block with more posts and add it load more pagination from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rCDA1LUSc7yu
