Load more button infinite loading not functioning correctly

Hi there, I am using the categories settings area on the theme panel in order to change the pagination style to a Load More button. However when I choose between these 2 options here highlighted in this video: http://recordit.co/T6MMuhKb9X I can see any different between these 2 options here:

– infinite loading
-infinite loading + load more

both these options seem to act as infinite loading without the Load More button. I think this could be a bug as I would love to just have the LOAD MORE button and when clicked the list then generates via the infinite loading.

This works in the block in the visual composer plugin.

Any feedback on this would be great. Thanks James

Hi,

The load more option will load 2 packs of posts until the load more button shows up:
If you do not have enough posts to show, then you will only see a batch of posts infinite loading but not enough posts to generate sufficient loads for the load more button to show up: https://www.screencast.com/t/qy5S1LqBmY

Thanks for the response and informing me how this works. I have had enough posts in nay of my sandbox site now for the categories to see this button. I will watch out for this when I import all the archives. Have a great day.
