Hi, in a category block here https://www.giochibambiniragazzi.it/vendita-giocattoli-online/ i put the option load more but it works only if I don’t filter id categories. With filtered categories it doesn’t work. How can I resolve it?

I just tested this again and it works as expected. I think you are not filtering the block correctly though. Please use this guide to do it properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ and please keep in mind that the filter is not equal to the ajax filter. They are 2 very different things. The guide specifies this but most users tend to get these 2 confused.

no it doesn’t work, I speak with my developer and he said he added categories to pages and now I’m trying to filter them and maybe for pages it doesn’t work.
Maybe you have a plugin conflict that is preventing the load more button to work properly. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
