I am trying to change the available translations to Spanish, but when I click the load translation button nothing happens, nothings is translated to Spanish. Why is this?

Hello,
Please try to load the translation again as there might have been some server issue but it seems to be working fine now. Press the load translation button and press ok when prompted. Then hit the save button for the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/OHi6Ggr96

We have had this report by a few people and all of them worked from the start on our end. Please try it from a different machine. All of the people in this topic emailed us and we were able to load the translation on the first try from our end. There is something local affecting the translations. Please try it from different machines or remove any firewall or software that could block the translations. If you still cannot do it, also send us an email but until now we could not find any problem with the translations.

Already replied via email.
Your translation as well as any others we have tried loaded on the first try. Each and every translation issue here on this topic was installed by us without encountering any issues on our first try. I suspect there is something blocking the translations from the browser side.

Are you sure you press ‘save’ after you load a translation? All of the “problems” above worked on our first try when we accessed the sites in question. Please follow this short clip on how to load a translation and make the exact same steps:

I followed what you posted but still can’t get to load the translation. It would be very annoying if I had to fill every translation every time I set the website. Can you check in my WP login?

If you still cannot get the translations to work, please send us an email with your wp-admin so we can login and check it out. The strange thing is we had quite a few of these requests but when we accessed each and every one of these sites, the translations loaded on our first try. No errors were found on either cases.
