Sorry but there is no easy solution for this. There is no option in the theme to change the spiner animation. The code for it can be found here, but you will need coding skills in order to change it: https://www.screencast.com/t/rFblG9uudDrM

It is a generated gif. It not a simple gif you can replace. That is why changing it is not simple. If it were, I would have mentioned simply to replace the gif and that would have been the end of it, but unfortunately this is not the case. Sorry.
