Hello,
It seems that loading image effects do not work on WordPress “pages”.
How to fix it ?

The loading image effects were created for our own theme elements. What pages are you referring to?

I mean “static” pages (post_type = page).

The loading image effect work on pages as well in our theme. Please check our demo to see this effect in action:

If you scroll down you will see the block images loading as you go down.
