Hello, we have a problem with the loading time of the site. It appears that our site cannot load on GTMetrix. After investigation, we believe that the problem is the images-

Is it something that comes from the theme code? How can I remove these images?
Just to clarify, our developer could not find it in the theme editor code on WP.

Unfortunately the images do not load, you can go in your cpanel and manually remove them and check your website after that.

This can not be found on the cPanel. Our developer and the hosting provider cannot remove it as apparently part of the theme.
According to the hosting support team: please contact them and get them to remove it for you as you probably have paid for this theme.
The site is not loading on GTMetrix or any other test site because of these images. It keeps loading and the loading time is really slow. We have to remove it.
We have removed 2 images from the six and currently, there are four images:

We cannot find a way to remove the four. I think it’s on your end. Please help us remove these images.
