Lock Post position to FLEX GRID

Hi,
How can I lock, like 5 specific posts to a f. instance a BIG GRID FLEX with 5 spots ?

Making sure, exact position of posts between the 5 Grid spots. I know I can create a category, but how to lock the position 🙂

Thanks, so if I have 5 posts in a Category showing in the Grid, this will all be random, how they show for the next visiter, or can it react to DATE published, and by this keeping the position ?
