In Google Chrome, visitors to the site cannot see the Login button. In Microsoft Edge, it appears just fine. How do we fix that?

See the attached screen shot. We are unable to us our own liccense key. WPP was the former host of our site sdbj.com and appear to be the owner of the license key currently in use on our site. How do we remove that and use our own existing license key?

If you have a new license key, you can reset the existing one by going to Newspaper > System Status, then use the new key to activate the theme.
Typically, a license key is valid for one website. You can review the full ThemeForest license terms here:

However, we allow each license key to be used on two websites simultaneously, as we understand that most users need both a live and a testing/staging environment.
If the key has been used on more than two domains, additional licenses will be required. Please note that we cannot interfere with domains that are already using the activated theme under your license.

Looks like streams got crossed here….the license key issue was another ticket but thanks for your guidance. In this ticket also related to sdbj.com, the login button on the home page doesn’t show for users that don’t have an account or have not logged in…but only hidden on Chrome browsers. Works fine with Edge and Firefox on both Mac and Windows.

I just checked your website https://www.sdbj.com/ and the login button from the top bar is loading after a few seconds https://i.imgur.com/XrEW0UN.png so it’s possible that initially it is hidden and only after that is displayed – https://i.imgur.com/m7zoRlx.png. This seems to be a custom css set by someone how is or was working to the website – https://i.imgur.com/k9CvHUZ.png
Did you view the site with Chrome or another browser? It doesn’t show in Chrome, even after a delay.
