I have top bar disabled in theme panel, as well as disabled all the sub-options in the Header > Top Bar section. Yet, when viewed in Safari and Chrome on iPad mini, the login modal is shown at the top of the page.
In Chrome on Windows desktop, or Chrome on Android, it correctly do not show the login modal.
I notice that the Login modal is present in the HTML code, even when top bar is disabled. Perhaps it should not appear at all, when it is disabled?

I’ve checked your site and there are some js errors in browser’s console: http://screencast.com/t/4VrFQHhFvG These errors affect theme’s js and also some resources from Visual Composer plugin. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test again.

That fixed it for me. The plugin that seem to be causing the problem is https://wordpress.org/plugins/async-js-and-css/ It doesn’t seem to work very well with recent WordPress versions.
