Hi,
unfortunately I have the problem that the login pop up does not work. After entering correct or incorrect login credentials it only shows “please wait” but nothing happened. Already deactivated all Plugins except tagdiv’s and tried it with ‘original’ and child theme.
How can I solve the issue?

Hi,
If you already tried only with the theme plugins and the problem persist, then most be possible to be other problems. If you agree we’ll like to investigate the case and fix it. If agree, please make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel access. Also include the link of this topic to can identify you.
