2) I have set up the Newsletter Integration with Mailchimp in the footer, for the Sign-up form on Mailchimp I have specified Email, First Name, Last Name and DOB but only Email is showing. How can I show the other fields?
3) How do I sync / integrate all the registrations so they stay in sync?
I.e. on my website users can subscribe using
a) The TagDiv Newsletter Integration in the footer (Mailchimp).
b) They can sign up for an account on the top right
c) they can contact us using the Contact Us page.
How do I make sure that whatever way the users connect with us, that information is stored as a user in WordPress and gets entered into Mailchimp?

2. No, the built in Newsletter option only has e-mail field. For more fields you will have to use a 3rd party plugin
3. This can be done using tagDiv Composer by editing your template. I’m not sure I understand what you mean by How do I make sure that whatever way the users connect with us, that information is stored as a user in WordPress and gets entered into Mailchimp?
Please note that at the moment in Newspaper Theme you cannot edit the login/sign up options. For what you are looking to achieve you will have to use 3rd party plugin.
