Hi,
Still haven’t received support on my previous request but recently made a new text logo and uploaded it as a .png and it’s not showing on either device.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated

I can see that your logo is the same on both versions: desktop & mobile and it is working well.
Please clear your cache (also from your browser) and try again.
