I saw today that our logos doesn`t show up any more, so I tried to reupload it with the theme customizer and this is also not working.
Do you still have my Login details on file to take a quick look please, or should please let me know where I should send them.

There is no reason your logo should “suddenly” stop working. Try putting the link to logo into web browser to make sure its still there – and then figure out whey it’s been deleted which should not happen; also check to see if something you updated lately changed the system in some way, such as new plugin, new widget, etc., then “go backward” by removing bad widget/plugin temporarily and see if logo comes back.
Just a suggestion while waiting for Lucian/Marius to follow up here. 🙂

Please make sure that you haven’t changed the header style and also that you have the logo uploaded, try to delete and re-upload it and check if it’s working.
As Chris wrote this can’t happen from doing nothing.
