My logo disappeared from the header a few days ago. I’m not sure exactly what was done before it disappeared as i’m not the only one working on the site.

I’ve tried re-uploading the image in the Theme Panel but that hasn’t worked.

I’m using Header Style 1.

Hello cucumberandco,

I have inspected your website but the Header Logo seems to be there as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/waG3onFAB Regarding on your images, I saw that you have a problem with opacity for your images. It could be a temporary problem with your opacity. Maybe your images are stuck in opacity 0. This usually happens on a js error caused by plugins or customization or other external optimization tools. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functioning of the theme.
We recommend using our TD COmposer because all of the major improvements in the future will be made on this plugin.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for the message!

I think you may have mixed up some support issues here Catalin. The screencast you shared doesn’t show my site, which I have linked to in the original post. It’s https://new.woay.tv, just in case.

On the off chance that you just linked the wrong image, I mentioned re-uploading the logo because looking through some of the forum posts where a similar problem had occurred that was one of the suggestions. Not sure what you’re talking about as far as the image opacity is concerned. The image being used for the logo in the header shows up just fine elsewhere on the site.

Either way, the logo doesn’t show up. I’ve checked this on multiple browsers and computers.

Hello cucumberandco,

Please update the theme to the latest version of it which is 8.7.3, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at it and also, so we can inspect your logo section.

Thanks for your understanding!

It turns out it was the child theme that I had created that was causing the problem. I updated the theme and generated a new child theme and the logo is back.
