logo update and background color

Credentials:

1) trying to change the logo through theme panel-> header-> Logo and fav icon.
tried a image, also text” LEGAL REPORT” but the demo logo is not going away.
2) how to change the background color which is now blue
How to change the blue background color of this section?

Hello,

i already tried that. but its changing the color of content background but not the actual background. pls refer the image attached

i want to change the color “navy blue” section as shown in image
