Logo won't show

I am currently setting up the theme and I have followed everything in the instructions to load the logo but it won’t show. I can’t get the menu to show either. I have taken a screen grab to show what is happening.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

The theme is tested and logo should be displayed fine if is set from theme panel. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again. If the problem persist please provide a link where we can inspect it closer.
